Refund policy
The following Return Policy applies to purchases made directly from Digital Dream Labs, LLC (“DDL”). DDL products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
When you receive your order, please inspect all elements and confirm that everything is included and that the items match to your packing slip. Be sure to save the receipt, box and shipping carton in the unlikely event that you'll need it for a return shipment.
What Qualifies for a Return?
We gladly accept returns for physical products purchased directly from DDL within 30 days of shipment date. We will issue a refund as long as the following criteria are met:
- Request is made within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Product is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped and must be in new or like new condition.
- Must be received in the original packing material and with all of its accessories such as: charging platform, power cable, cars, tracks, accessories, and user guides. The product returned will be inspected when it arrives at the warehouse and you will be charged the selling price for any item missing or damaged and it will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Copy of a valid receipt or DDL direct online store auto generated order number is required.
Downloadable Software & Licenses
To the extent permitted by law, downloadable digital goods or software are not subject to refund or return after distribution.
How to Return or Exchange a Product
To initiate a return (or if you wish to exchange a product, due to receipt of an incorrect product), please contact our DDL Customer Care team by email to: support@digitaldreamlabs.com. Please provide the following information:
- Email Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
Our Customer Care representative will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box, please also include the name and order number inside the box before sending. We do not provide return shipping labels for returns, you will need to use your preferred carrier and drop off the package at any of the carrier's locations. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed once the item is returned.

DDL will maintain and use customer information in accordance with the DDL Privacy Policy available at https://anki.bot/policies/privacy-policy.
GENERAL
The Terms and Conditions as they exist and are amended from time to time, available at https://anki.bot/policies/terms-of-service (the “Terms and Conditions”), are incorporated into this Return Policy by reference, including without limitation the limitations of liability, disclaimers, choice of venue and jurisdictional provisions. In the case of any inconsistencies between the Terms and Conditions and this limited warranty, this Return Policy will control. All subsequent amendments to the Terms and Conditions are automatically incorporated herein at the time of the amendment.
No DDL reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Return Policy. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. DDL may restrict its Return Policy to the jurisdiction where DDL or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the DDL Product.
