Need a subscription?

            • Create an account in Stratus Account Portal (and validate your email).
            • Using your credentials to log in on the same page.
            • Select "Subscriptions" from the navigation, then "+ New Vector Subscription"
            • Enter Vector's 8 character Serial Number (ESN)
            • Select your desired subscription level

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the same account (email address and password) is used in both the Stratus Account Portal and during companion onboarding (iOS app, Android app or vector web setup). It is preferable to enable the subscription first, then onboard Vector.



Note: Please allow up to 36 hours for your subscription to fully activate

Subscription expired or cancelled?

            • Login to your account in Stratus.
            • Navigate to Subscriptions → Vector.
            • Click on your Vector's Serial Number.
            • Click on "Go to Portal".
            • Click on "Update Subscription".
